My garage door spring snapped while in the down position on Sunday evening. I called Broten at 8 a.m and Dona handled my call. She sent me an e-mail with a picture of the service tech, Brian T. and he arrived at the time she said he would, which was around 10 a.m., and he was very pleasant, and professional in his approach to the job. He removed the broken spring, and replaced it quickly. He asked if there was anything else we needed after he completed the job.
