I purchased the opener at Home Depot, I assume their contract installer was "Broten" who then called me and made an appointement for a day with a 2 hour window. The technician came at the front time of the window (thank you,) he was polite, well organized, clean in apperanace, and very skilled and proficiant is his job skills. I would not hesitate to recommend Broten Garage Door Sales for their professionalism, and to Home Depot for their using able contractors. Pros: null Cons: null more

I purchased the opener at Home Depot, I assume their contract installer was ""Broten"" who then called me and made an appointement for a day with a 2 hour window. The technician came at the front time of the window (thank you,) he was polite, well organized, clean in apperanace, and very skilled and proficiant is his job skills. I would not hesitate to recommend Broten Garage Door Sales for their professionalism, and to Home Depot for their using able contractors. more

GREAT GARGE SERVICE 3/16/2012

We had a new garage door opener, rollers and springs installed a few years ago and WOW, what a difference! It was a much needed upgrade from the builders basic. It is so much quieter and opens smooth. The installer was very good! This week we had them come back out to install a new outside key pad because we wore the other one out with use. The installer was very quick and very professional and serviced the rollers while he was here. I would recommend this company for any of your garage needs! BROTEN 954-946-5555 more

Excellent service - my car was trapped inside and they rushed my installation within one week. From the sales to the scheduling and installation can not be beat. The installers were efficient, courteous and very polite. The office staff were cheery even at 7am!! This company is the best -I love my new door... more

I needed a new garage door in order to obtain a full hurricane rating for the house to reduce my insurance premium. My existing garage door forced the immediate purchase when one of the springs broke. I was referred by my neighbor who also had Broten replace their garage door. They had done all the shopping around when they wanted to get one and they went with Broten because they were competitive. As it turns out they were extremely satisfied with the service and when I asked them who did theirs they said to go no further than Broten. I took their advice and had Broten come and quote the job. They were very professional and I hired them to do the job. They walked me through the whole process and it was very painless (other than the HOA process which they also helped me get through). The guys that installed the door were great and cleaned up after themselves well. I am also as greatly satisfied as my neighbors. If you need a new garage door I do not think you can do better than this company to deal with. more

When our garage door spring broke we had at least 2 or 3 people recommend Broten. I encouraged my husband to shop around and compare prices, but he insisted on using Broten just based on what we heard by word of mouth. I'm glad he persisted and called them and only them. They were very pleasant over the phone with the questions we had, they arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner, and they were extremely professional and personable to work with! more

Broten Garage Door and Gate in Pompano Beach, FL 1/19/2012

After 12 years of use my garage opener bid us farewell and went to the garage opener heaven in the skies. I had heard about Broten through ads, etc and I called them. They were extremely helpful in helping me the garage door opener for me. They easily made a Saturday appointment for me which was great since my wife and I work long hours during the week. They called me as promised the day before to confirm the appointment time and when Saturday came I was the first call as promised. The technician was great and very knowledgable about the product. He took down the old one and installed the new one. He made it look so easy and effortless! When he finished he explained the whole system from A to Z and cleaned up. Except for the new key pads and garage door opener you would never know anyone was there. I will definately call them again if I need them! more
