One weekend recently, my hot water heater stopped working properly. On Monday, I began looking for a solution using the internet. I sent several emails and placed several phone calls. Better Water Heaters answered my call right away, and were able to come to my home very quickly to look into the issue.
After their assessment, they were able to propose a solution and being the installation right away. They put in a brand new hot water heater for me, and were able to complete the installation in a short amount of time. They used a few new pipes, as well as some of the existing ones.
That evening I noticed a few small leaks in the pipes. The next day I called to notify them of the problem, and they came right out to fix it. Now there are no problems, and everything is working as expected. I will contact them again for any plumbing issues I have in the future.
