Today was my first visit. I entered a back door and ended up on the wrong floor (I took the staircase up). The staff member on that floor was almost rude, even though I explained I hadn't been there before and that I was a bit turned around. I followed her instructions and ended up in another weird spot in the building. The kindest stylist stopped what he was doing, left his client, and walked me to the front of the shop. He was extremely helpful and polite. The ladies at the front desk were also helpful, polite and they welcomed me. They offered me perks to help reduce my cost (I was buying products only) and I was thankful. After the first staff member was so rude, I almost left. I'm glad I didn't.
