Will always continue to use Aveda products but was REALLY DISAPPOINTED when I wanted to make an appointment with JASON and was told he was no longer there and they were NOT ALLOWED TO TELL ME WHERE HE IS.............Everyone in my family have professional degrees (eg. BA, MS, DDS, MD, PHD, AUD) and I would NEVER tell a patient she couldn't contact another professional, I think you need to rethink your policy as that is bad business!!!!!!!!!!
