This company is unprofessional to say the least. Their "customer service" line is a cell phone which goes straight to voicemail, and now the voicemail is full. I have been waiting on a confirmation of my order to even SHIP for two weeks now. I have sent 7 emails for updates, no response. I left 3 voicemails, no response. Next step - filing a dispute with my credit card company. You can't run a business (esp an online business) without proper staffing and communication. I will never order from this site EVER again. I hope they respond by today, or they have lost me as a customer for good. I will stick to using All In Merch. I have never had any problems with them!
