I've tried contacting them numerous times. They still haven't responded. My order was charged double AND I'm still waiting for my order. This company isn't reliable.

i ordered a born of osiris t shirt from here as the site was recommended by the band and record label. i waited to weeks for shipping confirmation after numerous complaints and its been 2 months still no t shirt! i even payed the express shipping. so dissapointed more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS... PLACE. Horrible ""business"" horrible business people. They need to just shut down, if you can't send a shirt to someones house, you're not meant for business bro. Save your money! more

Terrible "customer service" and a rip off 8/15/2011

This company is unprofessional to say the least. Their "customer service" line is a cell phone which goes straight to voicemail, and now the voicemail is full. I have been waiting on a confirmation of my order to even SHIP for two weeks now. I have sent 7 emails for updates, no response. I left 3 voicemails, no response. Next step - filing a dispute with my credit card company. You can't run a business (esp an online business) without proper staffing and communication. I will never order from this site EVER again. I hope they respond by today, or they have lost me as a customer for good. I will stick to using All In Merch. I have never had any problems with them! more

They overcharged me $29.00 to ship a $13.00 shirt even though we didn't select express shipping. We still haven't received the shirt and they said it's not their problem. This company doesn't care whatsoever how they treat the people that buy from them. BEWARE!!!!! I'm out a total of $43 for absolutely nothing. more
