If there was a way to give a negative star review, I would, but unfortunately, they are making me rate it, so I'm giving it one start--against my better judgement. I have not had A/C since May 23, 2011, and today is August 24. Thanks to another company, I finally got it taken care of yesterday--what a "nice" summer for one of the hottest ones in history!
I have been fighting with them for over 5 years on this unit. They cut/pasted it to death. Last time they came out, they said there was nothing wrong with it (even though the thermostat was maxed out at 90). Since the other company came and looked at it, they found a leak in both the attic and the unit outside (one of them coming from one of Greenway's cut/paste jobs)!
I now have a new unit installed (again, not by Greenway), which would have saved us a lot of time, money and sweating, had it been done 5 years ago when the problem started!
Lesson learned!
