I had an employee from John Moore perform plumbing work for me. He didn't fix it, and cost me more money than I originally planned for. I've since had the problem fixed as I would never ask John Moore to fix anything in my house. Price gouging is also their specialty. But there's moore... he was very unprofessional in his dimenor towards my wife. She was very offended. I do not have the employees name, but he appeared hispanic. If I had a choice I would have provided a rating of (-10) instead of ""EH"". The location used was Sam Houston Pkwy.
Not only will I never use them again but will not recommend them to anyone.
