Warranty period is not clear, 5 years for the springs was not in writing, had to call to get confirmed. Very nice service team.

Our warranty is 5 years on all parts. I believe most, if not all company's offer only one year. Yes, we do require a receipt for all warranty work, the date is imperative! I am happy you were satisfied with the service, I strive for the highest standard in an industry overrun with scam artists.
