I have never been more insulted in my life. I had them install a $2,000 navigation system in my work truck and less than 7 months later the entire unit is loose and falling out. Schedule an appointment? No, we dont do that. Really, you had no problem scheduling an appointment to install that system and another $1,000 in other shelving and lighting I needed. Disgusting! Stay far away!
