Excellent Customer Service & Great Value 5/3/2012

Valley Van was recommend by the dealership to accessorize my 2012 Toyota 4Runner. Neil was very informative, helpful and patient as I selected my bug deflector, bull bar with driving lights and hitch step. Special order parts arrived on time, installation was timely and beautifully executed to provide the distinctive styling I desired within the budget I needed. The staff is highly knowledgeable and spot on with their product line recommendations. I will run to Valley Van with all my future accessory needs. I had a great experience and highly recommend these guys to anyone needing accessories for their ride. They do it right! more

Bad Customer Experience 4/1/2012

Its a shame I didnt see these reviews before I needed work on my 2010 Ford E150 cargo van done. These idiots have NO idea how to install window tint. They forgot to order shelves I asked for when I made an appointment - then claimed they are nowhere in the US. Liars! I had them the next day from the main supplier in NJ. Also, they screwed up the installation of my Pioneer in dash navigation system. more

Stay Far Away! 7/10/2011

I have never been more insulted in my life. I had them install a $2,000 navigation system in my work truck and less than 7 months later the entire unit is loose and falling out. Schedule an appointment? No, we dont do that. Really, you had no problem scheduling an appointment to install that system and another $1,000 in other shelving and lighting I needed. Disgusting! Stay far away! more
