I visited Motor trans in marlton last week and had to leave my car, it was acting up bad for sure, I was told that it may take sometime to check it out, John & Ed said they would throughly check the problem I was having , shifting and a hard thumping noise that was driving me insane in the trans!!! It was a free check which was to let me know what I was up against,(cost of repair,) John was very nice and the problem was minor to what I was told by another shop , what a relief to what I was quoted elsewhere!! John in formed me that it would be fixed properly and the time time factor in getting it ready , I had no idea a trans was so complex and the time in which it took to get my car back, as I needed it for work and my wifes errands around the town to mention. I didn't know at all was going to take about a week or more but I'm so happy John was up front with me and to all the steps I had to go thru in getting the job done.
