I no longer use this hospital for my pets. It is clean, but the floor is very slippery and my older dog had a very difficult time walking on it. Why don't they use rubber matting or something? There was ALWAYS a long wait, sometimes as much as an hour, even though I had an appointment. Much more expensive than other local vets. The final straw was the lack of compassion when my ailing best friend had to be put down. I ended up going elsewhere even though she'd been treated at New Baltimore for years and almost weekly toward the end. I spent a small fortune there! They still send me postcards saying that my dog is overdue for shots. She's been dead for 2 years. I take my new pups elsewhere.
