3 years ago I wandered in to Marquardt Buick/GMC and ended up buying an GMC Acadia from Jay Davis. 3 years later we wanted to replace it and my first move was to go back and see Jay. This time we bought an Buick Enclave. Jay explained all the similarities to the Acadia and then all the differences: Quieter, more luxurious interior and a smoother ride. Jay knows his product.
Buying at Marquardt is relaxing experience. I felt no pressure from Jay or the Sales and Finance Managers. The showroom and waiting area is like a lodge: high ceilings and exposed beams. They have a flat screen TV and a PC to use while waiting. Even a complimentary drink station.
If you want to look at a Buick or GMC, I can't see going anywhere else.
