Do not use this company!!!! They took adavantage of disabled sister!!! She called them to unclog a toilet and suddenly her hot water heater is out.?? There wasn't any problem with the hot water at all!!!!! They used high pressure sales tactics and got her to buy a water heater (20 gallon low boy) that costs 300 at a big box but charged her $1000. Plus, when the repairman went to get it, he brought back the wrong one. This took ALL day!!! I called their ops manager Steve Miller to complain but got no call back. I am not surprised. If I was ripping off people all over town, I wouldn't return my calls! How do these sleep at night!!!???
