This company was called to unclog a toilet at my sister's condo but told her she needed a new water heater. How does needing a toilet unclogged become a new water heater?? Through high pressure and deceit! They took advantage of my sister who is disabled. The water heater for her unit was a ""low-boy"" 20 gallon. At MOST costs $300 from Lowe's or HD. At BF it was $1000.00!!!!!!!! To make matters worse, the guy takes two hours to get and brings in the WRONG one. Two hours later, he finally returns to install this golden $1000.00 water heater. My sister had NO WATER HEATER PROBLEM!! THE HOT WATER WORKED FINE!!!! BEWRE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! How do these people sleep at night is beyond me!
