I found Walter to be very helpful in restoring my computer after it was wiped out by a virus. He also reloaded my printer for me. My original disc was bad and he had to go the ,manfuacturer's website and down load the correct drivers and software. The manufacturer's website was not user friendly and it took him quite a white to get my printer to work. I really appreciated the extra effort he took to help me reload my printer which I need for school.
