Shady business !!!! Give you quotes randomly, depending how do you look like. ""Express"" diagnostic with extra charge takes at least 3 days. Selling overpriced junk. F rating with Better Business Bureau. ( justified ) Also the guy there is very rude, a nerve wreck, and seems like never he has never heard about customer service before. Surprised he still has a job.. more

Took my laptop in to get serviced and they did a very good job. They did not overcharge and were very helpful. I didn't feel that they were trying to sell me services that I did not need. more

My friend was looking for a laptop with brand name and good price, he show me his new laptop and I ask him, how much and where do you bouth, I believe he will answer BB or NE or CU, my surprise was no one of those, he said MIT computers, I ask what about the warranty and service if you have a problem, not problem they are always there to help you, you can contact them at any time...he advice me a representative of name ...Walter, nice and friendly with a lot of information to cover your inquires about computers. so...my next decision to buy or repair my old PC or Laptop will be MIT...thank you. more

I found Walter to be very helpful in restoring my computer after it was wiped out by a virus. He also reloaded my printer for me. My original disc was bad and he had to go the ,manfuacturer's website and down load the correct drivers and software. The manufacturer's website was not user friendly and it took him quite a white to get my printer to work. I really appreciated the extra effort he took to help me reload my printer which I need for school. more

I Love MIT Computers in Brandon. Every time I go in there ( for different reasons each time) they are so helpful, especially Mike. He has helped me at times at no charge. The turnaround time for assessing a laptop I took in one time was great. His recommendation benefited me not him. I highly recommend you take your computer here if you have any problems. I feel I have finally found somewhere I can take my computers if i have a problem. Thanks Mike for all your help and suggestions!! more

I would highly recommend the Brandon location. Nicholas, the store manager is as nice as can be. I took my desktop there when I lived in Brandon and the free diagnostics, low cost and the speedy fix was great! Geek Squad was charging me 70 bucks to just look at it!! He charged me $100 to fix it. When I was going to send my laptop to my family overseas, I took it to the Dale Mabry office and he told me he couldn't look at it for another 4-5 days and was more concerned with the personal conversation he was having!! I called Nicholas in Brandon and he assured me he would have it back to me within two days. I made the trip from South Tampa to Brandon and it was so worth it! He called in two days when it was done and it was perfect! He is a phenomenal manager!! I ended up buying a great used laptop at a great price from him that day as well. He does great work, is cost effective and is also very professional!! I recommend anyone who needs help to go see Nick!!! Pros: Best customer service in town!! Cons: Its a troop but it's worth it! more
