We first started chiropractic care with Dr. Heather when our oldest son (who at the time was almost 2) had a repeat ear infection. It didn't make sense to us to try an antibiotic medication. After our initial consultation, Dr. Heather adjusted our son and talked to us about more natural ways to treat his ear infection. We saw very immediate results and have been back almost every month since! We now take both our boys (ages 3 and 16 months) in to get adjusted both when they show signs of an upcoming illness and to optimize their wellness when they are in good health.
I am in my first trimester of my third pregnancy and have begun chiropractic care with Dr. Heather as well. She is working with me to help alleviate the not-so-fun symptoms of pregnancy and to help my body be at it's best to function optimally while caring a child.
All of the staff members at Yost Family Chiropractic are very positive, helpful and welcoming. They have a true passion for their job and for the education of members of the community. The office is extremely family-friendly, both in care of children, breastfeeding needs, bathroom facilities and activities to keep little ones occupied while there.
Dr. Heather also provides wellness clinics for members of the community. I attended a workshop on eating to live which provided helpful information on how to eat healthier and better as a family.
