I can not say strongly enought that this is a management company you HAVE TO STAY AWAY FROM! At first all was fine, but as the months went on our income property become more and more mismanaged. Every monthly statement had serious mistakes that we had to call Tom/owner about, we were never making a profit, any repairs were extremely over inflated, our tenants began to call us because their calls to Dual were not being returned or addressed in a timely manner. We had enough after 1 year, our mistake to hang in there, after we fired them and hired a new management company ""Miraculously"" our units began making money that very first month again and our tenants are extremely happy.
