If you have children beware. Dr. Herbst wants total control. He would not allow me to stay in the treatment area with my child while he was examining him nor during the procedure. Never has that happend before since my child is under 18. Also, I tried to reschedule my second appointment only because I didn't have the balance due on the bill that day. The receptionist would not let me reschedule. During the second visit, the receptionist was less then friendly and the Dr was even worse. He told me to shut up 3 times in front of my son when I questioned what he was doing to my child during that visit. He had already collected over $2500. for that root canal and in the end a total of over $3,000. I was so disgusted! Use caution!!
