Overall, we were extremely satisfied with a couple of exceptions. Eduardo's and his crew are NOT welcome back EVER. They moved a fence I'd put up to protect a one-of-a-kind flower and trampled the heck out of it. Then, he lied to me about which fence he thought it was. There was also a lack of communication on the screened porch doors. We'd bought latches and wanted those put on to solve the problem but kept getting told that you all would do new doors. When the problem was finally corrected it was close to what I'd asked for but not exactly. I'd been very clear that I wanted two vertical pieces on each side of the door. That would ensure that even if a racoon scratched the screen open, a cat could not get out. Only one was put up on each side. It looks great and I didn't gripe about it but feel like you need to know that it's not totally correct.
