My Mom is elderly at this point. In recent years we lost out father and she's fought the IRS and Cancer at the same time. So when our house was burglarized and her ring in our safe keeping was stolen we didn't have the heart to tell her the ring was gone. Her health and vitality had diminished so much in the last 18 months that we decided to have the ring recreated, in spite of the fact it wasn't the most honest thing to do.
