We had an emergency with my Lhasa, and not only did she make us feel guilty when we came in for ""squeezing me in"", but she also told us that she usually wouldn't see a dog as big as Benny - he's 25 lbs!???
She has cats walking around the whole hospital, which I think is unsanitary, especially since the place is totally carpeted. But she also was SO much nicer to the other clients that had cats that we saw while we were waiting in the waiting room.
And she turned away someone who didn't have their money on them!
Who does this?
