AJULYNN\r \r I just happened upon your comments of Lemmon Valley Animal Hospital and I'm wondering if your service was so horrible you went back twice. Either way, I have ALWAYS found Jennie Webb to be professional and personable. She has alwasy been more than fair with her fees and willing to go the extra mile if I have an emergency with my cat. I find her thorough and extremely information with the information I need to make regarding my cat's care. I also applaud the attitude and service of the staff - it's consistantly kind. I even remember one time I forgot my wallet and the receptionist lent me the $10 I needed to pay for the medicine. (Now, don't go trying to borrow money from them)! Jeannie Webb was originally recommended to me by the ""Animal Ark"" animal care givers. more

We had an emergency with my Lhasa, and not only did she make us feel guilty when we came in for ""squeezing me in"", but she also told us that she usually wouldn't see a dog as big as Benny - he's 25 lbs!??? She has cats walking around the whole hospital, which I think is unsanitary, especially since the place is totally carpeted. But she also was SO much nicer to the other clients that had cats that we saw while we were waiting in the waiting room. And she turned away someone who didn't have their money on them! Who does this? more

I took my cat there once for an leg problem and what I witnessed during my visit was unbelievable. The doctor wouldn't take an x-ray because her machine was out of use. She treats her employees horribly - bullies them, belittles them in front of clients. Anyone who treats their employees that way, I do NOT trust to care for my pets. AND I saw her turn away a couple with a pitbull who looked like it had a badly broken leg because ""she just doesn't take big dogs"" because her knees hurt! ??? Never again! more
