The door lock on the driver's side of my Civic wouldn't work and I took it in to be looked at. After making an appointment for 11am, I brought it in only to be told that after 12 noon, the service techs would go to lunch and my car wouldn't be looked at until after 1pm. If they had told me that while making the appt, I would have arranged transportation to take me somewhere else while I waited.
Meanwhile, the service dept went ahead and replaced the lock without telling me first what the exact problem was and what the cost would be as they said they would. The lock was fixed fine, but I would have appreciated a courtesy call on what the charge might be.
Basically it took over 4 hours to fix a minor repair. Poor communication and poor customer service is the main reason I will not return to this dealership.
