Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. I purchased a truck 2 weeks ago and have water leaking inside it. They willingly sold a vehicle with an existing problem and told us that we have to deal with it b/c we did not have an extended warranty. This problem would not be covered in the extended warranty either way. If they were a true business they would have corrected this problem and made it right. They had detailed the vehicle before we received it and willingly knew there was an existing issue that they did not want to deal with. Instead they pass it along to the next person they want to scam. I have never had such a bad experience with a business that is in customer service. They do not stand by their vehicles and their sales reps are out to scam you just as well. We were told by Scottie that the vehicle was garaged and was a 3rd vehicle of the previous owner. Apple Tree Honda is very misleading and I will never purchase a vehicle from some business that is so dishonest. Please do not buy a vehicle from this dealership, unless you want to get scammed like we did. Thank yo!! more

Poor Communication in Service Dept. 7/14/2011

The door lock on the driver's side of my Civic wouldn't work and I took it in to be looked at. After making an appointment for 11am, I brought it in only to be told that after 12 noon, the service techs would go to lunch and my car wouldn't be looked at until after 1pm. If they had told me that while making the appt, I would have arranged transportation to take me somewhere else while I waited. Meanwhile, the service dept went ahead and replaced the lock without telling me first what the exact problem was and what the cost would be as they said they would. The lock was fixed fine, but I would have appreciated a courtesy call on what the charge might be. Basically it took over 4 hours to fix a minor repair. Poor communication and poor customer service is the main reason I will not return to this dealership. more

Liars, Bad Service 3/3/2011

We bought our Honda elsewhere and moved to this area. We took our car to Apple Tree for service. They outright lied, failed to do the work that was requested, "misplaced" a part from our car and have yet to replace it, said they rotated the tires and filled them with nitro when they didn't (I placed a hidden mark on each one and they were all in the same place when they were done), the list goes on. Lousy service, dishonest, and I wouldn't recommend them to any one. more

Dishonest Service Department 3/23/2010

I had a decent experience buying a car from Apple Tree, but their service department is just terrible. I took my car in for a routine tire rotation/oil change. They didn't even rotate the tires, but they sure charged me for it. They insisted that they did until I pointed out that I had a flat tire earlier and the one with the plug in it was still in the same location! I have no way of knowing if they really changed the oil or not. I also went in for a problem with my AC 3 times within a year! The first two times they just kept refilling it when the problem was something else that finally got fixed the third time. Needless to say these repeat visits were very expensive. Good service after a sale should be more of a priority with them. I have found a great local shop that services only Hondas & Acuras & now I won't take my car anywhere else. I just bought another new Accord (love Hondas), but I drove to another city to buy it rather than give my business to Apple Tree again. more

I won't buy another car there. 9/30/2009

I purchased a new car from this dealership and was not happy with the salesman or the car. The salesman actually misrepresented the car, but I should have double checked what he had said. I don't think I would recommend this place to anyone. more

Good service department, great cars 11/28/2005

We have purchased 2 cars at this dealership and the experience has been good both times. Although I would prefer a fixed, "no haggle" price, we got a fair deal and reasonable financing rates. The service department has been good about warranty issues and recalls. PROS: Good cars and service department CONS: You must negotiate price and terms more
