If you do choose to live here, live far away from the pool! There are people out there until about 2am playing beer pong and yelling. During the day it really is like a really bad frat house, loud and obnoxious. Not to mention the beer pong and cornhole setups take up the entire grilling area, there are PLENTY of grassy areas to do that, so that's annoying.
The staff tends to be helpful but they are a bit snobby and a little pretentious. But overall i don't have anything bad to say about my experience with them.
The hallways are asking for someone to get stabbed, raped, murdered, or robbed. They are dim, covered in cobwebs and every person that has visited me has mentioned how creepy they are.
In the 2 years I have lived here I haven't really enjoyed a minute of it. The pool noise is obnoxious and the amentities and high rent suggests an upscale living experience. Wrong. Its like I went back in time 10 years and was back in the frat house.
Make a better decision than I did and choose somewhere else to live.
