I too, read the reviews of Clean Earth, but chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. We kept the service for 2 months, and in that time, they missed three pickups. The last time, I called and tried to get an answer as to what was going on with the service, and no one would return multiple phone calls,so finally, I called and left a voice mail to CANCEL the service. I called another company and signed up with them. The next day, Clean Earth shows up to pick up my trash! So I called again- got a human this time- and she told me she would cancel the account. Flash forward three months later, and I just received a collection notice in the mail. They just have horrible trash service, and the customer service seems nonexistent. I HATE to leave a bad review, but the service has been outrageously bad.
