She quoted over the phone the cost of the vehicle I wanted to the penny (including tax, title, fees) - no game-playing whatsoever. She arranged to have the car ready for my arrival and assigned a salesperson for all personal interactions. Ozzie, my salesperson is top of the line. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and ready to do more than I would expect at every turn. He knew exactly what to do and all paperwork was done efficiently. I had the pleasure to chat with Lew, the sales manager - once again an extremely accommodating person. In fact every person at the dealership said hello and was willing to help. The facility is neater and cleaner than any dealership I have seen. And there is a great selection of vehicles at the best prices around.
