Like the first review, this place is horrible. They have the WORST customer service! I called to make an appointment and was put on hold for 15 minutes getting passed back and forth between people. I had to call back three times before I was able to get on the schedule. When they were asked to explain charges, they sent me in the back to talk with the vet. The vet in turn told me that the services were done and to just pay. THAT'S NOT WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR!!! I was not disputing the bill, I was just asking for an explanation of the services that was done. Terrible overall experience. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know how bad this dump is. Hopefully they were nice to my dog when she was left in their care.
