Horrible! I am so frustrated with this place! I adopted my kitten from Petco and they gave me a coupon for $50 off getting her fixed and this place was listed, the first time I tried to take her in they tried to over charge me $350 dollars and then two different times afterwards and they told me to wait until next month because she was too small? It's the next month and now they don't accept the coupons anymore. more

Really disappointed. I am sorry to report my experience was poor. I asked on the phone for specific details on price and services, and even again in person immediately prior to my appointment, and yet was still presented with a bill TRIPLE the amount TWICE quoted. The front desk explained that it was my fault for not asking the vet directly for the cost of each conversation and detail during the exam. There was not a bit of kindness, friendliness, or compassion at any point during my interactions with the front desk staff, and they were distinctly uneducated regarding the services provided to the extent that I was given incorrect information that could potentially endanger my dog. Only upon extreme pressing was I able to get proper recommendations from the vet on staff. The vet & vet tech were fine, average is really the word. I would advise other pet owners to steer clear. The prices are appealing but the reality is this place will promise one thing and then fail to maintain their word. I only got routine vaccines for my pet and shiver at the idea of trusting such a shady place for anything more extensive. I should've paid more attention to other online reviews and not trusted this clinic. more

Like the first review, this place is horrible. They have the WORST customer service! I called to make an appointment and was put on hold for 15 minutes getting passed back and forth between people. I had to call back three times before I was able to get on the schedule. When they were asked to explain charges, they sent me in the back to talk with the vet. The vet in turn told me that the services were done and to just pay. THAT'S NOT WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR!!! I was not disputing the bill, I was just asking for an explanation of the services that was done. Terrible overall experience. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know how bad this dump is. Hopefully they were nice to my dog when she was left in their care. more

Terrible service. We had an 8 am appointment, arrived as they unlocked the door and were told we were late. The receptionist took dog walk-ins before us and was told it was because they paid more, and was annoyed and rude the entire time she was working with us. more
