I made a reservation on Friday night for a Saturday night stay because another hotel I called in the area was full and mentioned this one had just had a room open up. I made the reservation and gave the person on the phone my credit card to reserve it. When we arrived the next night at 9:30, the only person in the ""office"" asked if I had a reservation.
