Maybe it is because the practice has only one doctor and a couple of PAs but the wait times are unacceptably long. I notice that others have said the same elsewhere.
Apparently, from what I read, the process was better before they took on so many patients but I didn't know the practice then. Perhaps Dr. Scales should take on a couple of associates.
