Please do not chose this as your dermatology office. I didnt even get to see the doctor. they refused to mail my 25% coopay home, ive never paid in office for a visit. I called to reschedule my apt. and the RUDE laddy put me on hold. "" more

Unacceptably Long Waits 7/20/2011

Maybe it is because the practice has only one doctor and a couple of PAs but the wait times are unacceptably long. I notice that others have said the same elsewhere. Apparently, from what I read, the process was better before they took on so many patients but I didn't know the practice then. Perhaps Dr. Scales should take on a couple of associates. more

NC Dermatology is the BEST!! 5 stars for you!! 7/2/2008

I enjoyed my visit to Doctor Office. Great Customer Service...I tell everyone about NC Dermatology. The doctors have good bed side manners, hands on, and they tell you what you are doing wrong with your skin. They are #1 in my cell phone. Pros: Thumbs up for all the Doctors!! Cons: Really did not find anything wrong.. more
