One of the most important things I benefit after I joined Dahn yoga classes it was inner peace. I knew inside that I was healing. Healing physically, emotionally and mentally. It is so great to feel that way. I wasn't using any medication and I was healing! Little by little I was correcting things by my self. My bed was looking better, I was smiling, drinking more water, breathing better, stopped drinking coffee, and reduced dramatically wine and beer drinking.
