We called Pete's Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration when our plumber recommended them after our water heater broke in the attic and had leaked for about two days, when we were in Galveston on vacation! I can just say we were lucky in wasn't a week, as that was how long we were gone.
Pete and a full crew, were at our home 30 minutes after we called him. He was a true professional, and knew exactly what to do to fix all the problems. He knew our Farmers Insurance adjuster and that really made things go smoothly. Farmers was Fantastic by the way too, and Pete's Restoration did an amazing job at getting our home totally dry in three days. On day four, they started the repairs and by day 7 we had new carpet, new ceilings and walls, new doors and mouldings, and new paint and kitchen cabinets. Our home looks BETTER than it did the day we moved in and we can't thank Pete and his crew enough for all their hard work, and for making us feel cared for in such a difficult disaster.
Pete is a real pro and we can't say enough good things about him. Truly a Five Star Company.
