I had American Glass replace a broken patio glass door in mid-June. The worker did a terrible clean-up job, leaving glass pieces on my patio for me to clean up. When the job was finished, the door did not close all the way and I had over fifty flies in my house when I arrived. The worker or the company never took blame for the poor work and avoided my attempts to have it corrected for the next three weeks. I called several times to set up an appointment, and even stopped by the office. Yet, they were 'so busy' that they would have to get back to me. They never did. I got the run-around. I finally decided that I was fed up with them, and I am fixing the door myself. Strongly disappointed in their customer service, or lack thereof, and would not use them again in the future, nor recommend them to anyone.
