American Glass Co

We had American Glass replace glass windows in our front office in August. It is now the end of October and they have still not completed the job. They did not start the job until the beginning of October. They don't return phone calls or emails and then when they do they are very rude. They keep giving you the run around. I would never use this company again. The work they did do is poor work. They claim they are so busy and can not get out there. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone. more

I had American Glass replace a broken patio glass door in mid-June. The worker did a terrible clean-up job, leaving glass pieces on my patio for me to clean up. When the job was finished, the door did not close all the way and I had over fifty flies in my house when I arrived. The worker or the company never took blame for the poor work and avoided my attempts to have it corrected for the next three weeks. I called several times to set up an appointment, and even stopped by the office. Yet, they were 'so busy' that they would have to get back to me. They never did. I got the run-around. I finally decided that I was fed up with them, and I am fixing the door myself. Strongly disappointed in their customer service, or lack thereof, and would not use them again in the future, nor recommend them to anyone. more
