We had my daughters 5th birthday party here, and it was awful. Understaffed, they had no idea what they were doing, very unorganized, unfriendly and the ""manager"" named Brandon was a jerk. HE stayed on the computer the entire time checking facebook and buying things on pay pal, while 1 girl was trying to keep up with 16 kids. My daughter stepped on a huge Fabric Nail, and he just looked at me and said ""i dont know how that got there"". No Im sorry, is she okay. NOTHING!
