The worst birthday party! 9/24/2011

We had our daughter's birthday party there and it was terrible. When I first went in to reserve the place I thought it was going to be wonderful, but after this party I was left with nothing but disappointment. NO ONE helped me with anything! I had to serve the pizza, cut and serve the cake, and clean up! At no time did a manager ask me if I need it any help or how was everything going. The young girl that helped the kids with the paint had no personality. I will never have another party there. They don't seem to need the business! If you pay all this money for a place you expect curtesy in return! more

TERRIBLE FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES 7/17/2011

We had my daughters 5th birthday party here, and it was awful. Understaffed, they had no idea what they were doing, very unorganized, unfriendly and the ""manager"" named Brandon was a jerk. HE stayed on the computer the entire time checking facebook and buying things on pay pal, while 1 girl was trying to keep up with 16 kids. My daughter stepped on a huge Fabric Nail, and he just looked at me and said ""i dont know how that got there"". No Im sorry, is she okay. NOTHING! more
