Last Thursday my son had an issue with some coworkers and spoke to Mr. Spade about it. Mr. Spade told my son because of his attitude to leave and call him back on Monday to see if he wanted to work. I called Mr. Spade to inquire about what was happening. I was told by Mr. Spade that he was talking to me as a courtesy and the issue was between him and my son. To make a long story short, he fired my son for insubordindation listing the fact that I had called him. This follows the same antics from a week before when Mr, Spade was harassing my son about not eating lunch. I had purchased my son a car and Mr. Spade was stating how can you afford a car and not have enough money to eat lunch.
Would you have anyone do work for you that treated his employees this way.
