My car was towed on a Saturday so I couldn't pick it up until Monday, which wasn't the problem, but I did have to pay a $75 holding fee plus other additional charges. After the fees were payed I went to my car and the keys were left in the ignition and were turned to where only the battery would power the car. The keys were left like this for two days and of course my car battery had died. The workers walk out to your car and tell you they can jump start your car for an extra $15. My battery was a DieHard and only 6 months old so I knew it was still good so I checked the two cars next to mine that had been there for 3-5 days and what do you know? Neither car would start. This place nickel and dimes you like crazy so bring some jumper cables with you.
