Had an opportunity to use ASAP when I tried to get another company to look at my refrig when it died over the 4th of July weekend. The other company would not come out until Tuesday, but we were having a large gathering and all my food was going to spoil - not to mention ice! Anyway, on a tip from a family friend, I called ASAP. I was diagnosed over the telephone and the repairman (who I find out later was the OWNER!) responded and fixed my repair that same day!!
