When my washing machine went on the blink I called ASAP on the recommendation from a neighbor. They came promptly and were able to diagnose the problem. I was advised that it might make sense to replace rather than repair the machine because of the cost of parts & labor ASAP lost the repair job but their honesty gained my respect and my future business. more

Quick, fast response 7/6/2011

Had an opportunity to use ASAP when I tried to get another company to look at my refrig when it died over the 4th of July weekend. The other company would not come out until Tuesday, but we were having a large gathering and all my food was going to spoil - not to mention ice! Anyway, on a tip from a family friend, I called ASAP. I was diagnosed over the telephone and the repairman (who I find out later was the OWNER!) responded and fixed my repair that same day!! more

Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Dependable 7/6/2011

I have used this service several times and always had excellent service. After a quick look at the problem he fixed my washer and I haven't had a problem with it since. On another occasion I had him inspect my central air. The service was great and he was very courteous. He has also fixed my parents' washer and they were very pleased. If you're not sure who to call, then call A.S.A.P. Appliance Service because the job will be done quick and proper. You won't find a better service for a better price anywhere! more

Dependable and honest 7/6/2011

The owner showed when he said he was going to and was very honest on the phone and when he assesed the problem with my washer. I have since needed help with my stove and he was there again with great prices and warranteed his work. What more can I say. I have an appliance repair company for life. Thanks Andy. more

RELIABLE AND ON TIME 7/5/2011

A.S.A.P. Appliance Service certainly lived up to it's name. When I called, I didn't expect to get service for my refrigerator that same day...but they fit me in. They arrived when they said they would and had the part needed to get me cooling again. I didn't even lose any food. I have already recommended this company to family and friends and will continue to do so. I will certainly call again with any other appliance problems that come up... more
