I was very disappointed in the rv I rented and the customer service I received. The rv I was given when I rented from US Adventure was not the quality I was led to believe I would be receiving. I was also asked to pay for damage that I did not cause. I wish I would have read another review on US Adventure that describes almost exactly what happened to me. When I dropped off the rv at the agreed upon time, there was no one there to receive it. When I called the next day to tell them where the keys where, they confirmed that the rv was still in the parking lot and they were going to return my deposit. It wasn't for 2 weeks before I was able to talk with someone. They informed me that I had done $1006 worth of damage. Surprisingly my deposit was $1000. This also was the amount they attempted to charge another reviewer.
