We bought a used RV from these folks. We had great service and they went over all the different things you need to know to get up and go in a class A RV. They make you feel like one of the family. I would buy another RV from them in a minute. Even if it meant driving back another eight-hundred miles to do it. more

The bed was comfortable, but, the room was small for having a king size bed. Very noisy people above us, so it was difficult to sleep. Otherwise, quiet place. Decent breakfast. more

I recently brought my Airstream in for service and had a wonderful experience. I scheduled an appointment in advance, the manager was awaiting my arrival and quickly got me in the shop. I had my bearings repacked, new Kodiak brake pads installed, and a new skylight installed. The service took just under 3 hours start to finish, which is reasonable for what was done. During that time, the manager(I think his name was Steve) walked me through some new Airstream trailers to show me some of the new features and even asked if I would like some water or coffee. The prices seemed a bit on the high side but I would surely take my Airstream to them again. You pay for good service. more

Ryan, I just wanted to drop a note to say thanks again for all your great help in setting us up with the Class A RV for our MAWF Disney World vacation. Julie and I were both impressed with your knowledge, the level of service and professionalism you offered. We feel you went above and beyond the call of duty by coordinating the fabrication of the ramp at your facility that allowed us to efficiently get Olivia in and out of the RV. I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first about getting to USAdventureRV and the ramp not being correct because it required such custom specifications, however you were ""spot on"" is conveying the specs to your fabricators. Because of you and your staff, we were able to have an absolutely wonderful vacation with our daughter Olivia, which was priceless to us. Thanks again and if you ever need a family as a reference to provide a testimonial for USAdventureRV, we would be more than happy to provide such. Thanks again Ryan for a job well done. more

Bad RV, Bad Service 7/18/2011

I was very disappointed in the rv I rented and the customer service I received. The rv I was given when I rented from US Adventure was not the quality I was led to believe I would be receiving. I was also asked to pay for damage that I did not cause. I wish I would have read another review on US Adventure that describes almost exactly what happened to me. When I dropped off the rv at the agreed upon time, there was no one there to receive it. When I called the next day to tell them where the keys where, they confirmed that the rv was still in the parking lot and they were going to return my deposit. It wasn't for 2 weeks before I was able to talk with someone. They informed me that I had done $1006 worth of damage. Surprisingly my deposit was $1000. This also was the amount they attempted to charge another reviewer. more
