Bottom line, Quirk Mazda provides great prices up front and by email. There is no negotiating (in my case), and I mean none. Take it or leave it.
However, the attitude of the staff (for the most part) and complete lack of knowledge of what they sell is disturbing. Questions are answered with fabrications. Demos are painful as the sales staff and even Service staff fumble around the car. These people are supposed to be the experts and are insulting with their attitude when they do not know the answer. How much to install this accessory? Manager, ""$440 labor."" Ask same question to Service manager, ""1 hour, it's easy.""
Five hour wait to take delivery after almost walking out on them a second time due to incompetence. No way I'd ever service the car at this location, but the price will likely not be matched at other Mazda dealers.
