Great price - AWFUL experience 7/26/2011

Bottom line, Quirk Mazda provides great prices up front and by email. There is no negotiating (in my case), and I mean none. Take it or leave it. However, the attitude of the staff (for the most part) and complete lack of knowledge of what they sell is disturbing. Questions are answered with fabrications. Demos are painful as the sales staff and even Service staff fumble around the car. These people are supposed to be the experts and are insulting with their attitude when they do not know the answer. How much to install this accessory? Manager, ""$440 labor."" Ask same question to Service manager, ""1 hour, it's easy."" Five hour wait to take delivery after almost walking out on them a second time due to incompetence. No way I'd ever service the car at this location, but the price will likely not be matched at other Mazda dealers. more

Awesome Experience!! 4/14/2011

I recently purchased a new Mazda 3 from Quirk Mazda. It was my third dealership visiting that week, so I was prepared for the worst. However, buying this car was actually fun! Sean Foley is amazing... he makes you feel at ease, and he'll have you cracking up the whole time, while still remaining professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, and best of all.. .NOT PUSHY. This sales experience was completely stress-free, if you can believe that! Even after I purchased the car and went back to pick it up, Sean took quite a bit of time to show me all of the gadgets and how everything in the car worked... even set up my bluetooth for me. He made sure I was completely comfortable using all the different features. If you're in the market for a new car, go to this guy, he rocks!! more

Excellent Experience! 4/9/2011

I test drove a Hyundai Elantra and the Mazda 3. The Mazda 3 met my driving needs better, so I negotiated a deal for a grand touring model with Sean Foley. My experience at Quirk was great...everyone in the dealership was friendly, and I didn't leave with that ""I could have done better"" feeling that so often is a part of the car buying experience. Ray in Finance couldn't have been nicer. They explained the optional add-ons that were available to me, but didn't push them. more

the only place to buy a mazda 3/20/2011

this was my best experience at a dealership so far, I called and told them what I wanted for a car, when I got there they had it sitting outfront with a plate on it ready for me to test drive, I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in! The whole process with the test drive and all the paperwork took 45 minutes and I was driving home in my new car. I have 3 Mazda dealerships closer to my house but wouldnt think of using anyone but Quirk Mazda! more

Quirk Mazda Service great!! 3/11/2011

I have had a Mazda for at least 12 years, a tribute a 6 and now a Mazda 3. I love these cars!! The service is great a Quirk Mazda, they are so friendly and helpful, and they don't take advantage of you! I would so recommend a Mazda and take it to the guys right there in service to get your work done, they are beyond compare the best service dept that I have dealt with! more

Great experience for a foreign buyer 3/10/2011

I just bought a Mazda3 in Quirk Mazda and could not be more satisfied. I was helped by Phil McCabe and I must say he was very helpful. Being a foreigner that had been in the US for just few weeks, he helped me to try the Mazda3 and then they offered me a good deal for a lease on it. It was a very quick process and Phil was there step by step until I got my new car... I think their Foreign Program is really helpful specially for people that have just arrived to the US, so without a credit history. That was the main reason I went for a Mazda, must I must say that since I got mine I'm very happy with it. It is a very comfortable and secure car, but also fun to drive and good mileage. In all, a good experience to get a good deal. more

I recently purchased a new Mazda3 and could not be more happier with my car or expierence at Quirk. I was helped by a young salesman named Ledion. I wasnt sure what kind of Mazda I wanted but he helped me through the process. He knew everything about the different cars, it made everything so much easier for me. Because this was my first time buying a car, I had so many questions for him. He answered everything in detail and left nothing out. I highly reccomend going to quirk mazda for your car! Their team is great and because of my salesman, I had a wonderful and exceptional expierence! more

Great Experience! 1/9/2011

I just purchased a Mazda 3 2010 last week from Quirk Mazda and could not be happier with my experience. I test drove the Mazda 3 with Kevin Chan, who was very polite and knowledgeable about the vechicle. He even took the time out after all the paperwork was complete to show me all the featrures of the vechicle. Over all, the staff was very professional, helpful, and welcoming. Prior to purchasing my vechicle I had my Honda Civic serviced there for years and was very impressed with Mike Grisolia and the whole service department in how prompt they fixed my vechicle. I would strongly recommend Quirk Mazda to all my friends and family. Thank you Quirk Mazda! more

Great dealership, I had the best experience with them. Phil who was my sales rep. did a great job explaining in details all what I need to know about the car am about to buy. Phil followed up with me even after the purchase to make sure I am happy with my vehicle. I strongly recommend them. Nice people, nice place and reasonable price. Excellent experience 12/7/2010

I requested an internet price quote from a number of dealers in MA on a 2011 Mazda 3 through an auto search website. Of all the MA dealers that responded, only Quirk actually provided a quote as I had requested. Not only that, but it was a quote for a great deal on this car. The salesman and sales-manager were straightforward with me throughout the process. It was an excellent experience. more

Happy Customer 12/7/2010

I purchased a Mazda3 2010 last year. I couldn't be happier. I participated in the Cash for Clunkers program and got a great deal on my car. I expected it to be a long process, but the customer service reps were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I have also been into service 2-3 times this year for scheduled maintenance, I was in and out in less then a half hour, great turn around time! I was driving a Volkswagon Passat before this purchase and it is like night and day. Between the premium gas I had to buy and all the visits to the shop its nice to have a Mazda. In this economy having a reliable, no stress, low maintenance car is extremely important. I would highly recommend Quirk mazda ask for Phil Ternullo in sales or Mike G. in service. Thanks again! more

I was shopping for a Mazda 6 online and saw that there was a Mazda Dealership in Quincy. I inquired about the car over the internet and been dealing with Mo Desai, he answered all of my questions and made the consumer buying experience fast and easy. Then dealt with Mike in Finance, very knowledgeable and professional helped me choose the right warranties that suited my daily driving. I recently bought a car at Quirk Mazda from Kevin. Thanks to him, he helped me choose a reliable car perfect for my budget. I couldn't be more impressed the whole time I was in there. It took me a couple of days to figure out what I wanted to do, which is why I was so confident in buying a car at Quirk Mazda. I didn't feel the pressure you always felt when you go to a dealership. In two days, I bought my car. Ray Ng did my financing, also a great guy with a funny attitude. Thanks Kevin and Ray for really taking the time in helping me. With both your help I went home truly happy with my service and what I'm proud to say- a new car! more

A great place to do a deal. 12/6/2010

If you are like me then the idea of buying a new car is about on a par with dental surgery but without painkilling meds. It was with some trepidation that I came to Quirk Mazda to bargain for a 2011 Mazda3 S Sport. I need not have worried though. The experience with them was most pleasant, low key and with no high pressure tactics. My sales consultant was Ledion, a very helpful chap whose product knowledge is second to none. He actually likes cars! The 'numbers man' and Sales Manager is Dennis Werkheiser. His prices were the best by far but more importantly he dealt with me in a very patient and honest way. I had a lot of e-mail traffic but each question was answered promptly and with no game playing. more

Buying made easy. 8/26/2010

We knew the vehicle we were interested in and had been to several other dealerships shopping for the car. The car was clean and mechanically sound. The salesman, Tim, was courteous and answered all of our questions. When we were negotiating the details, the process was about as fast and pleasant as it can be. Overall, the service was good and Quirk is a fair place to purchase a good car. more

Purchasing made easy! 8/26/2010

Now I know most people are hate car shopping...but the sales team at Quirk Mazda made the experience as simple as possible for me. As soon as I got there I was greeted immediately. They were very prompt with everything. After about 5 minutes of chattering I was able test drive a Mazda. Not too long after that I owned my own Mazda3! They worked with me and gave me a GREAT deal! I would recommend Quirk Mazda to anyone that's in the market. more
